Placing an order with Hippihaus is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.
Find the items you want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on the left of our website.
When you find an item that interests you, click the 'More' link to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Add the items to your shopping basket
If you want to order an item from Hippihaus, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Basket, use the 'Continue shopping' link to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the 'View Shopping Cart' link in the top right of our website.
Proceed to checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Basket click the 'Checkout' button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process.
Sign in
Enter your email address, choose a password for your account, and click the 'Sign in' button. (Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.)
You need a password for your account so that when you come back to Hippihaus in the future, you can use the same delivery address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information.
Enter a delivery address
Tell us where you would like to have your order Shipped. Click on the 'YES' tickbox, my shipping address is the same as my billing address, if this is correct.
Delivery
The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Payment Information
All credit/debit cards are processed by Paypal to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards.
Review & submit your order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the 'Place Order' button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of despatch.
Check your order status
If you would like to review or change something about your order click the 'Sign In' link in the top right of our website. Or please contact us at updateorder@hippihaus.co.uk
