What is My Account?
When you register with us, your information is stored in 'My Account'. From there you can amend your personal details i.e. if you need to change your delivery address. You can also check the status of an order, look up old orders for repeat purchases and sign up for newsletters.
How do I update my personal information?
Sign in to 'My Account' to access and amend your personal details.
Do I need to register to shop online?
You can browse our website without needing to register. However if you would like to shop online then you will need to Register as a New User first. When you register we will set up 'My Account'. You will need to enter an email address and choose a unique password; these will allow you, and only you, to access your personal details. Once you have registered with us, you only need to 'Sign In' next time you shop to use your saved personal details.
What if I forget my password?
Don't worry! From the 'My Account' 'Sign In' page, click the 'Forgotten Password' link and enter your email address. We will then send you your password.
How do I log out completely?
If you use a shared or public computer to shop at Hippihaus, you should Sign Out when you have finished to prevent other users from accessing personal information.
How do I manage the emails I receive?
We would like all our customers to receive the information they need to make their online shopping experience successful. As a customer we will automatically send you emails confirming your order, its despatch and any changes you might make to the order or your personal details. We will also contact you in the unlikely event that there's a problem with the payment or delivery of your order. In addition, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and products we think you'll like. If you want to subscribe to our regular email newsletters, just click the 'Add me to our Mailing List' Tickbox when your Sign up as a New User. If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list.
